Ferrosilicon magnesium is  master alloy of Magnesium with Iron and Silicon. They facilitate  small additions of Magnesium to Iron, required to transform graphite flakes to spheroids. find wide application in production of SG Iron & specialty grey iron castings for the automobile industry. The use of ferro silicon magnesium also provide number of distinct advantages in nodularisation of ductile iron.
